Since joining MDC in November 2015, Christina has worked as an Affordable Care Act Navigator, assisting individuals in enrolling in health coverage, and providing outreach and education about the ACA. Prior to her role at MDC, she worked in clinical research as a data monitor and as an interim program coordinator at the Duke Center for Jewish Studies.
Christina lived in the Netherlands from 2006 to 2011, during which time she earned her Master’s Degree in International Relations and volunteered for two years in Amsterdam, acting as a job and resource counselor for women transitioning out of sex work. She also has experience job counseling refugees and low-income populations in professional development.
