Dillon Frost
Dan Broun Program Associate, Rural Prosperity and Investment

Dillon Frost serves as a Program Associate on the Rural Prosperity and Investment team at MDC, where he supports equity-centered initiatives and community-driven work across the South. Originally from Southern California, Dillon attended Tulane University, where his experiences living and studying in New Orleans shaped his interest in Southern equity work, public policy, and community development. His work and academic interests focus on equitable economic development, regional planning, and expanding opportunity in historically underserved communities. Prior to joining MDC, he was a fellow at the Roosevelt Institute.
Dillon moved to Carrboro in 2025 and will begin pursuing a Master of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the fall. Outside of work, he enjoys film photography, soccer, hosting trivia nights, and exploring hiking trails across North Carolina.
