Jedidah Perryman

Jedidah Perryman is the Grants Manager for MDC’s Rural Prosperity and Investment team. She leads the coordination, compliance, and implementation of various grants. In this role, she manages subawards, builds budgets, monitors partner performance, and ensures alignment with federal requirements- strengthening MDC’s ability to support equitable investment in rural communities across the South.

A strong advocate for building people-centered and compliance-driven systems, she is passionate about work that bridges equity and infrastructure. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an Associate of Science in General Science from Navarro College. Based in Texas, she thrives at the intersection of structure and service- bringing a grounded, clear, and relationship-oriented lens to her work.

With over five years of experience in public service, federal grant oversight, and nonprofit program management, she has led programs in Texas funded by HUD, ARPA, CDBG, and AmeriCorps. Her work has focused on budget reconciliation, contract negotiation, and program development. A collaborative approach and commitment to operational excellence have consistently improved program efficiency and deepened community partnerships – experience she now brings tos support MDC’s efforts to strengthen rural communities across the South.
