Megan Bolejack

Megan Bolejack is a Partnership Manager for MDC’s Rural Prosperity and Investment (RPI) team. In her role, she provides many services such as facilitation, capacity building, and community outreach to rural leaders. Megan serves as principal for our Southern Rural Intermediary Community of Practice, which focuses on creating a shared vision for community-led regional approaches to race-conscious community development across five southern states.  Megan is deeply committed to equity, authentic relationship building, and inclusive facilitation. Prior to joining MDC, she was the Senior Project Manager for Public Sector and Systems Advising at Partners In Health, where she managed the NC Community Health Worker Initiative.  A passionate North Carolina native, Megan graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology, complemented by a minor in African and African American Studies. She also holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
