Sam Evans

Sam is the Operations Coordinator at MDC, supporting the organization’s internal systems and day-to-day functions to ensure teams have what they need to operate effectively and advance their work.

A Durham, North Carolina native, Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. He brings a strong background in operations and client support, having previously served as an Operations Manager for a real estate firm and as a National Accounts Specialist. In these roles, he focused on equipping staff with the tools, resources, and coordination needed to perform at their best and contribute to overall organizational success.

Sam is passionate about helping others accomplish their goals, strengthening team performance, and creating environments where people can thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, spending quality time with family, and has recently developed a love for golf.
